The UWT-100 Universal WiFi Throttle can be connected to Digikeijs DCC systems.

Connecting to DR5000 Systems

Digitrax LNWI

This method requires a Digitrax LNWI device, power source, and LocoNet cable.

  1. Connect the LNWI to the LocoNet port on the DR5000 system.
  2. Power on your UWT-100 throttle and scan for networks.
  3. Identify and select the LNWI device from the 'Found Networks' list.

JMRI WiThrottle Server

This method requires a computer running JMRI and a serial connection from your Digikeijs system to the computer. You must configure JMRI to work with your DR5000 system before attempting this connection method.

  1. Power on your UWT-100 throttle and scan for networks.
  2. Identify and select the "DR5000-SERIAL" connection from the 'Found Networks' list.
  3. Enter the password if necessary and submit.
  4. The UWT-100 will connect to the WiThrottle server.
